摘要
采用微波辐射技术 ,用硫酸作催化剂 ,以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料直接合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯 .最佳反应条件为 :邻苯二甲酸酐与正丁醇的量的比为 1:2 .75 m ol,苯酐与催化剂的量的比为 1:0 .0 0 0 18m ol,微波功率为 2 85 W,微波辐射时间为 3 5 m in,此条件下转化率为 98.1% .
The synthesis of dibutyl phthalate was performed in the presence of sulfric acid,and the optimum reaction conditions were as follow: the ratio of phthalic anhydride and n-butanol, phthalic anhydride and sulfuric acid was 1∶2.75mol , 1∶0.000 18 mol respectively, microwave power and microwave irradiation time were,285W and 35min respectively. The conversion rate of phthalic anhydride in the synthesis of DBP was up to 98.1%.
