摘要
比较了虾几丁质酶和木瓜溶菌酶对再生几丁质与溶壁微球菌作底物时的水解速度 ,证明各有其最适底物 .两者对再生几丁质底物有不同的水解产物 。
Hydrolytic rate is compared by Papaya Lysozyme and Shirimp Chitinase to regenerated chitin and M. lysodeikticus cell wall, which shows two enzymes having the optimal substances separately. Two enzymes having the different hydrolytic products with regenerated chitin as substrate that show that the chitinase is an endo enzyme and the papaya lysozyme is an exo enzyme.
