Appraising and Choosing Excellent Constructive Project of Protective Engineering

在以往研究方法的基础上 ,提出一种评价防护工程建设方案的模型。首先确定方案的评价因素指标和对有关因素指标进行量化处理 ,然后运用灰色系统理论的关联分析方法构建评价选优模型。该模型可用于新建防护工程和已建防护工程加固改造的方案优选 ,也可用于已建防护工程的评优评差 。

In this paper, based on the previous research method, a model of appraising constructive project of protective engineering is presented. The index of the appraising project factor is established, the related factor is quantified, and then a model of appraising and choosing excellent project is set up by adopting the method of associated analysis of gray system theory. This model can be used to offer an assistant decision-making method for programming constructive project of newly-built protective engineering and for choosing excellent one of the present. With this model a decision-maker can draw a conclusion of quantitative analytic appraise.
