学习动机是直接推动学生进行学习的一种内部动力，是激励和指引学生进行学习的一种需要，以北京体育大学在校研究生、助教进修生及本科生为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法，对他们在校学习动机进行比较分析。

Study motivation is an immediate inner power that inspires students, and it's also very necessary for students to have a motivation to direct their study. The subjects for this article are the postgraduates, teaching arsistauts who make further study and the unolergraduates. Through careful study of relevant materials and questionairts,this article aims to anelyse. and lompare their motivations hopefully to provide some psychological basis for colleges as to how to stimulate the study interevts of different groups of students and how to imprve teaching quality.
