An Exploration on the Methods of Physical Education (PE) Studying

高校体育教学的改革，不仅进行体系、制度、教材、教法的改革，同样需要进行学习方法的改革．总结前人的经验，开拓现代人的思路，使学生掌握了解更多的学习方法势必对教学效果产生更大的影响．因此，对学习方法进行研究和探索，就显得分外重要和具有现实意义．

The educational reform of the PE in the colleges and u niversities, not only shoud reform the system, regulations, teaching materials,t eaching methods, but also should change the methods of studying. It must exert a great influence to the teaching effect if we sum up the predecessors' experienc e, open up the moderns' thinkings, and make the students know more studying meth ods. As a result, it is especially important and has realistic significance to s tudy and probe the studying methods.
