如何进行体育教学方法的改革，是体育教师必须研究的问题．本文采用组间比较对照实验，在体育系篮球普修课技术教学中运用自学指导式教学已初见成效．自学指导式教学可以调动学生学习的积极性，尽快掌握篮球理论知识与基本技术动作，培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力及独立工作能力和自学能力，对提高篮球技术和改进篮球教学法有一定的作用．

It's necessary for a P.E teacher to study how to carr y out the reform of teaching methods of physical education. The method introduce d in this article of applying comparative among groups to universal classes in P .E department has won initial success. And this teaching method can arouse students' enthusiasm of studying, help students' master basketball theories and basic movements as soon as possible, it also can cultivate students' ability to disco ver problems and solve them, to work and study independently. It will help impro ve the skill of playing basketball and the method of basketball teaching.
