摘要
建立建筑物区分所有权制度是我国市场经济的内在要求 ,也是现代法治社会发展的必然。立法模式大致可采取民法模式、住宅法模式、建筑物区分所有权法模式。
To establish the building ownership differentiating system in China is not only the innernal demands of Chinese market economy, but also the internal of modern legal social development. Three modes are possibly taken as the legislative modes:civil law, dwelling law, and the building ownership differentiating law.
