“新现实主义小说”反映了转型期当代中国重大的社会事件与现实问题 ,因而引起了巨大的社会反响。但他们对当下现实的评判存在严重偏差 ,作品也暴露出相当程度的“非艺术化”倾向。

Because 'Neorealist Novels' depict the social events and practical problems during the transition period of present-day China, it causes great social echoes. However, they made some serious deviations in judging the current reality. Their works also show a rather noticeable unartistic deviation.
