浙江中学美术教师的素质问题探究

An Exploration of the Quality of Art Teachers in Middle Schools in Zhejiang Province

本文在深入了解与分析浙江省中学美术教师现状的基础上 ,阐述了目前浙江中学美术教师在专业基础技能和基础理论的综合素质、文化综合素质、教师职业综合素质等方面普遍存在的缺欠、不足及其原因 ,并提出了如何转变教师的教育观念、深化高师美术专业的改革。

This paper is based on a thorough investigation and analysis of present situations in middle school art teachers in Zhejiang Province. It elaborates the prevailing problems and their causes in the basic skills, theoretical comprehensive quality, cultural comprehensive quality and professional comprehensive quality.This paper also puts forward some countermeasures and steps to change teachers' education beliefs, deepen the reformation of art education in normal universities and strengthen the in-service teacher training.
