先进文化是人类进步的结晶。在经济与文化一体化趋势明显的今天 ,先进文化不仅反映着生产力的发展水平 ,而且成为经济发展的重要引擎。河北省在建设经济强省的进程中 ,特别要注意驱动文化这个内在动力。当前 ,应着重抓好五个环节 :谋划和实施河北文化发展战略 ;开展“文化经济一体化”大讨论 ;加大“科教”向现实生产力的转化力度 ;光大历史文化的经济效应 ;强力培植文化产业。

Advanced culture is the fruit of human progress.With the clear trend of economic and cultural integration,aduanced culture not only reflects the developing standard of productive forces,but also becomes an important engine of economic development.In the course of building Hebei Province into an economically powerful province,special attention should be paid to drive,special attention should be paid to drive the internal force-culture.At present,importance should be attached to five steps:to plan and implement the stategy of developing the culture of Hebei;to launch a debate on'cultural and economic integration';to accelerate the transformation of current productive forces;to achieve the economic effect of carrying forward history and culture;to develop culture industry.
