On the Historical Place of New History in the Beginning of the 20^(th) Century

通过对新旧史学的对比分析 ,文章认为 ,2 0世纪初在社会历史进程中所产生的新史学思潮 ,有其特定的综合价值和划时代的历史意义 ;但是 ,作为一种系统的史学主张 ,也存在着明显的局限性。

In comparison with new history and old history,this paper points out that new history emerged in the course of the movement of social history in the beginning of the 20 th century has its specially comprehensive value and very important significance,but as a kind of historicl idea,it also has some obvious limitations.
