摘要
本文旨在从理论上阐明编制原创性的中国人人格量表 (QZPS)的整体思路及其意义。文中首先分析了直接采用或修订西方的人格测量工具的问题和潜在威胁 ,以及目前使用的各种人格量表存在的局限 ,说明了系统研究中国人人格结构的必要性 ;根据对西方人编制“大五”人格量表 (NEOPI R)的思路和过程的分析 ,进一步明确了QZPS编制的原则和操作程序。文中还简要介绍了中国人人格结构研究的结果以及QZPS的编制进展。
This article aims at clarifying theoretically the mechanism and its significance of constructing the Chinese personality Assessment Scale (QZPS).Some hang\|ups and potential disservices in applying Western scales and questionnaires are discussed, along with the emphasis on probing the Chinese personality structure. Principles and procedures on constructing the Chinese Personality Assessment Scale, and the preliminary results are also discussed in this paper.
