论魏晋时期的立法改革

On the Legislation Reform in the Period of Wei and Jin Dynasties

本文对魏晋时期立法改革的成就和条件进行了探讨,认为这一改革是中国古代法律进化的里程碑;而它取得的成就同当时立法方式的改进特别是法学理论的进步有密切的关系。

This dissertation discusses the attainment of the legislation reform in the period of Wei and Jin Dynasties and the condition, pointing out the reform was the milestone in the progress of ancient Chinese legislature. It is closely related with the improvement of the form of legislation, especiaally with the advancement of the theory of law.
