脑代谢显像在急性局灶性脑缺血研究中的应用

摘要 急性局灶性脑缺血的发病机制较为复杂 ,由可逆性损伤向不可逆性损伤发展过程中伴随着多重代谢改变。采用实验核医学技术可以详细研究一些与脑缺血发展关系密切的物质代谢的动态变化。正电子发射计算机体层摄影术 (PET)是目前在体内水平上进行脑代谢研究的最好方法 。
