临界关闭压及其与脑血流的关系 被引量:7

摘要 脑血流自动调节过程中 ,小动脉平滑肌的收缩或舒张 ,主要通过改变临界关闭压 (CCP)调整灌注压 ,从而维持脑血流量的恒定或相应地调整脑血流量。因此 ,通过测定脑血管CCP可以了解脑血管自动调节能力的改变和脑血管的病理生理变化 ,指导脑血管病的诊断和治疗。同时 。
