摘要 皮镜是一种新近发展起来的、主要针对色素性皮肤病损的诊断工具 ,尤其在脂溢性角化病、痣细胞痣、色素性基底细胞癌等与恶性黑色素瘤的鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。皮镜具有无创伤 ,诊断准确性高等优点 ,本文就其基本知识作一综述。
