Initial Analysis of Estimation for Usable Quantity of Water Resources

水资源可利用量的概念、内涵、影响因素和制约条件都是研究可利用量计算方法所不可忽视的前提,探讨一种可行的计算方法,对水资源开发利用、区域工程规划、经济发展规划具有重要意义。通过对水资源开发利用程度及其发展状况分析研究,提出了不同开发利用条件下的计算方法。

Water resources have been influenced by the uneven distribution of rainfall temporally and spatially.How much quantity of water resources can be used for human life has aroused the social at-tention.The concept of usable quantity of water resources and its meaning as well as the influence factors can not be neglected while the calculation method is sought for.It will be of great significance to develop a feasible estimation method with regard to the use of water resources,regional project planning and economic development planning etc.Based on the analysis for the degree and status for water resources,the methods under different condition have been developed.
