摘要
在不同的海区培育羊栖菜的幼孢子体苗,研究不同时间下海的幼苗在不同海区、不同的水层生长与附着情况,再结合海区的生态因子的分析观察,表明羊栖菜的幼孢子体苗可以在浙江海区培育成为羊栖菜栽培的种苗,10月下旬前后下海培育比较合适,小于透明度的培养水层是适宜的,平挂的效果优于吊挂。
Based on the study on the raising of seedling of Sargassum fusiforme. Setch, the influence of different sea areas and strata and times of cultivation are compared, and the results show that the seedling can grow fairly well in the regions mentioned, but the stratum and time suitable for cultivation vary somewhat with location.
