摘要
本文介绍了在台式积分反应器中加压干馏时,各种因素对中国几个煤种气、液、固产品产率及干馏气组成的影响,并重点研究了甘肃天祝煤干馏焦油的组成和性质。结果表明,随着压力的提高,煤气产率增加,焦油产率减少,煤气中甲烷产率增加,焦油中BTX和PCX等有价值的轻质组分增加,另外,气氛和干馏终温对热解产品的分布有重要作用。
The paper reports that the effect of factors on the gas, Liquid and solid yield and gas compositions of Chinese coals in pressurized carbonization in an integrating reactor of bench scale. The emphasis of research was put on the compositions and properties of the carbonization tar of Tian Zhu coal in Gan Su. The experimental results indicate that with the increase of operation pressure, the gas yield increases, tar decreases, the methane content of gas increases and the valued BTX and PCX light weight fractions of tar also increase. The atmosphere and carbonization temperature play an important part in the distribution of pyrolytic products.
