By analyzing stages and processes of the Hainan IslandLeizhou Penisula regional earthquake a ctivity before and after the Beibu Gulf earthquake, introduced the forecasting i dea ca me from that. The experience was given that help to evolve the forecast program based on the processes of earthquakes evolutions under the non-idea conditions.
