摘要
目的 证明延髓内脏带 (MVZ)在哺乳类存在的普遍性 ,为进一步的机能探讨提供形态学基础 .方法 冰冻切片、石蜡切片行 Nissl染色 ,观察猫 MVZ的细胞构筑 .结果 该带在猫存在于从锥体交叉至闩以上 2 .9mm,吻尾长约 7.0mm,脑干横切面上宽 0 .4~ 2 .5 mm的弧形带状区 ,由背内侧的迷走孤束复合体和最后区、腹外侧的疑核和延髓腹外侧区 ,以及位于二者之间的中间网状结构所构成 .结论 猫也有类似大鼠的延髓内脏带结构 ,在形态学上表现为一独立结构 。
AIM To prove the universality of existence of the medullary visceral zone (MVZ) in mammals and provide the morphological evidence for further physiological studies. METHODS Cytoarchitecture of the MVZ of the cat was examined by using Nissl staining method on the frozen sections and paraffin sections. RESULTS The MVZ was an arc band with width of0.4~2.5 mm on cross section of medulla oblongata and the rostro caudal length was about 7.0 mm from the level of pyramid decussation to the level of 2.9 mm rostral to the obex, which consisted of dorsomedial vagal solitary complex and area postrema, ventrolateral medulla and nucleus ambiguous, intermediate reticular formation. CONCLUSION MVZ, as a morphologically independent structure, exists in the cat as well as in the rat, and might be involved in the modulation of the visceral activities.
