摘要
目的 利用 HPLC-ELSD法对麦冬中鲁斯可皂甙元和薯蓣皂甙元进行了分离分析 ,测定了麦冬中鲁斯可皂甙元的含量。方法 色谱条件 :色谱柱 :Alltech Versapark C1 8(4 .6mm× 2 5 0 mm,1 0μm) ;流动相 :甲醇 -水 (88∶ 1 2 ) ;流速 :1 .0 ml/min。平均回收率为 98.2 2 % (n=5 ) ,RSD=1 .5 4 %。
AIM The purpose is to separate the sapogenins in \%Radix Ophi opogonis\% (Maidong ) , and to develop a new quantitative analysis method for determining the contents of ruscogenin in \%Radix Ophiopogonis\% by reversed-phase high performance liquid chr omatography (RP-HPLC) coupled with evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) . METHODS Chromatographic conditions: The peak of ruscogenin has a r etain time at 8.231 min. The chromatographic condition was as follows: chromat ogr aphic column: 4.6 mm×250 mm, packed with ODS (particle size 10 μm); mobile pha se: methanol-water (88∶12); mobile phase flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; nebulizer gas pressure:2.0×10\+5 Pa; and drift tube temperature: 40℃. The recovery of the r uscogenin was 98.22%(n=5), and \% RSD\% was 1 54%. CONCLUSION It is a reliable method for evaluating the quality of \%Radix Ophiopogonis\%.
