摘要
目的 探讨西红花提取物中西红花酸的体外抗氧化作用。方法 采用 H2 O2 和 Vc-Fe2 + 两种羟自由基发生系统 ,观察了西红花酸对 H2 O2 系统的羟自由基的清除能力 ,对肝匀浆及肝线粒体的 Vc-Fe2 + 系统引起的脂质过氧化的抑制作用。结果 西红花酸对 H2 O2 系统的羟自由基有较强的清除能力 ,并能抑制肝匀浆自氧化和 Vc-Fe2 + 系统羟自由基引起的脂质过氧化 ,对肝线粒体也有保护作用。
AIM\ The effect of crocetin on oxygen free radicals and lipid ox ida tion induced by hydroxyl free radical (HFR) \%in vitro\% were investigated. METHODS\ The scavenging effect of crocetin on ·OH was investigated \%in vi tro\% by means of hydroxyl free radical (HFR) produced by H\-2O\-2. MDA producti o n in liver homogenate induced by autooxidation and Fe\+\{2+\}+Vc free radical ge neration system were measured by TBA methods. RESULTS\ Crocetin posses sed remarkable scavenging effect on ·OH produced by H\-2O\-2. Crocetin could si gnificantly inhabite the lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate induced by auto -oxidation and induced-oxidation. CONCLUSION\ Crocetin possessed an antioxidant activity.
