摘要
苯骈吡喃类钾通道启开剂具有降压、抗心肌缺血、扩张支气管等药理作用。综述近年来苯骈吡喃类钾通道启开剂在结构修饰。
Benzopyran derivatives as potassium ch annel openers have been characterized by multiple biological activities, such as antihypertension,antiischemia and bronchodilation.The recent studies on benzopy ran potassium channel openers were reviewed,including their structural modificat ions, structure-activity relationships and therapeutic utilities.
