摘要 胆盐 /卵磷脂混合胶束系统 (BS/ PC- MMS)对难溶性药物具强增溶能力 ,从而可提高药效 ,它已被用作非肠道给药的载体。综述 BS/ PC- MMS的增溶原理。 Bile salt/phosphatidylchol ine mixed micelles systems(BS/PC-MMS)have been used as a solubilizing vehicl e for insoluble parenteral drugs. The solubilization theory and effects of BS/P C-MMS in injection and other fields of pharmaceutics were reviewed here.
