血清肿瘤标记物DR-70用于诊断恶性肿瘤的初步评价

Significance of serum DR-70 tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant tumor

目的:评价血清肿瘤标记物DR-70对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定20名正常人、15例良性疾病及42例恶性肿瘤患者的血清DR-70含量。结果:恶性肿瘤组与正常组、良性疾病组比较,血清DR-70均值显著升高(均为P<0.001),良性疾病组与正常组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。血清DR-70检测恶性肿瘤的敏感性为83%,特异性为91%,准确性为87%。结论:血清DR-70是一个具有较高应用价值的广谱肿瘤标记物。

Objective:To evaluate the significance of serum DR 70 in the diagnosis of malignant tumor. Methods: Serum DR 70 level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 20 healthy controls, 15 patients with benign diseases and 42 patients with malignant tumors. Results:The mean serum DR 70 level was significantly elevated in the patients with malignant tumors compared with the normal controls and the patients with benign diseases (P<0.001,P<0.001). There was no significant difference in serum DR 70 level between the normal controls and the patients with benign diseases (P>0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rates were 83%,91% and 87%, respectively. Conclusion: Serum DR 70 is a valuable tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
