PET显像在肺癌方面的应用

Applications of PET Imaging in Lung Cancer

为明确FDG PET显像在肺癌方面的应用价值,从肺癌的诊断、分期、治疗评估以及与其它影像方法的比较等方面进行了以下内容的研究:①良恶性鉴别;②肌肉的FDG摄取特点;③对肺癌分期的价值;④肺癌转移特点的研究;⑤肿瘤残存、复发和转移病灶的判断;⑥肺癌治疗效果评估;⑦与CT的比较与融合;⑧与SPECT显像的比较。PET通过明确肿瘤的代谢活性、全身分布特点和对治疗的早期反应,对于指导临床及时判断病情、选择治疗方案有较大的价值,与CT和SPECT显像比较有明显的优势。

In order to evaluate the applications of FDG PET imaging in lung cancer, studies were performed as follows: ①differentiation of lung lesions; ②analyzing the characteristics of muscle uptake; ③staging of lung cancer; ④analyzing the metastatic characteristics of lung cancer; ⑤evaluation of tumor residual, relapse and metastasis after therapy; ⑥evaluation of therapeutic effects; ⑦comparison and fusion with CT, and; ⑧comparison with SPECT.By providing metbolic information about the lesions, PET has advantages over other imaging methods in diagnosis, staging and therapeutic evaluation of lung cancer.
