盆腔器官外软组织肿瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Extra-organic Soft-tissue Tumors in Pelvic Cavity

目的 探讨盆腔器官外软组织肿瘤的 CT表现及其诊断价值。材料与方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的 30例原发性盆腔器官外软组织良、恶性肿瘤的 CT表现。其中间叶源性肿瘤 15例 ,神经源性肿瘤 8例 ,胚胎残余组织源性肿瘤 5例 ,腹膜间皮细胞肿瘤 2例。结果 原发于盆腔器官外软组织肿瘤较少见 ,CT表现为囊性肿块者均为良性 ,囊实性或实性者以恶性居多。虽然肿瘤来源于多种不同组织 ,但 CT表现可各有其特征。结论 CT是诊断盆腔器官外肿瘤的重要影像学手段 。

Objective To evaluate CT signs of the extra organic soft tissue tumors in pelvic cavity.Materials and Methods CT findings of 30 cases with pathologically proved benign or malignant extra organic soft tissue tumors in the pelvic cavity were retrospectively analyzed. The lesions included mesoblastic tumors (n=15), neurogenic tumors (n=8), residual embryonic tumors (n=5) and peritoneal mesotheliomas (n=2).Results Primary extra organic soft tissue tumors in pelvic cavity were rare and each of them had its own characteristic CT features. Usually, on CT scans benign tumors were manifested as cystic lesions, while malignant tumors as solid or cystic solid masses.Conclusion CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of extra organic soft tissue tumors in pelvic cavity, and is very helpful in clarifying the nature and the extent of the tumors.
