摘要
目的:分析北苍术挥发油的组成成分。方法:用GC和GC-MS分析技术,采用SE-54毛细管色谱柱。结果:毛细管色谱分离出68个峰,占色谱总馏出峰面积的90%以上,并通过MS图谱检索鉴定了其中55种成分。结论:检出北苍术挥发油的成分是有关文献报道的两倍,进一步阐明了北苍术的组成成分。
Objective:To determine chemical constituents of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis (D. C.)Koidz by quantitative with qualitative analysis. Methods:By GC and GC/MS/DS analytical technology and SE-54 capillary column, the chemical constituents of volatile
oil bam Atractylodes chinensis (D.C.) Kiodz were systematically analyzed. Results:68 peaks were separated, which ocupied over 90% of the to-
tal area of all chromatographic peaks. The 55 components were identified. Conclusion:The number of components of volatile oil from Atractylodes chinensis(D. C.)Koidz determined in this analysis,are two times as many as those reported in some literatures.
