摘要
目的:测定两面针药材各部位的两面针碱含量 。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为HYPERSIL BDSC_(18)5μm(4.6mm×250mm),流动相为0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈(66∶34),检测波长为328nm。结果:两面针碱的平均加样回收率和RSD分别为100.24%,1.83%。根中的两面针碱含量最高。结论:本方法可用于两面针的质量控制,根为合理用药部位。
Objective: To determine the nitidine in different parts of Zanthoxylum nitidum(Roxb.) DC Methods: HPLC method was
used. The column was HYPERSIL BDS C18. The mobile phase was 0.02 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate: acetonitrile (66:34). The
detective wavelength was 328 nm. Results:The average recoveries and BSD for nitidine was 100.24% ,1.83% respectively. The root containd more nitidine than other parts. Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Zanthoxylum nitidum (Roxb.) DC. The roots were the best part for medicine.
