摘要
劳动争议案件中,劳动报酬纠纷居多,从分析劳动报酬纠纷的特点、产生的原因,针对不同成因提出避免或减少劳动报酬纠纷的对策。
The disputes of labour payments account for most of the labour dispute cases.By an analysis of the characteristics and causes of the disputes of labour payments,this paper presents the solutions to avoiding or reducing the disputes of labour payments according to different causes.
