Science promotion is an important component of the national science and technology work and socialist culture and ethics development.Facing the new situation in the new century,Science and Technology Association(STA)should carry out the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 15 th Central Committee of the CPC guided by the 'Three Representing'theory and promote science and technology on a greater scale so as to make contributions to Xiamens leap forward in its lead in basically accomplishing the modernization.
