“文化大革命”结束后，邓小平通过拨乱反正、改革、严打，提出培养“四有”新人，使人的身心获得解放，人的主体地位进一步提高，为人的发展营造了良好的社会环境，明确了人的发展目标，对人自身的发展作出了杰出的贡献。
After the Great Cultural Revolution, Deng Xiao - ping liberated human physically and mentally, enhanced human' s status, built good social environment for human, clarified the goal of human*s development by restoring order from chaos, reforming, punishing criminals severely and proposing to cultivate new citizens of 'Four Characteristics' .He made great contributions to human's development.
