通过分析我国德育发展的经验与教训，分析世界德育发展的趋势，结合我国传统及文化背景与道德教育社会发展的需求，阐明了以核心人生价值观为基础，建立具有中国特色的社会主义核心人生价值观体系的原则及其内容。

This article approaches the principle and its contents of the key life-long value system with the characteristics of Chinese socialism. It also analyzes the experiences and lessons of the moral education history in our country, the trend of the moral education in the world, and the traditional culture and the contemporary needs of the social development of our country.
