青年教师是高等学校办学的重要依靠力量。面向新世纪的高等教育，尤其要加强和改进青年教师的思想工作，真正做到物质留人、感情留人、事业留人。

Young teachers are the important and dependent strength in higher education. Therefore, We should especially strengthen and improve young teachers ideological work and really keep them by materials, by emotions and by educational undertakings so that we can adapt to the request of higher education at the age of knowledge economy.
