Education needs coordinate with social development. Outdated educational system at colleges and universities in our country has suppressed students' initiative of learning, which has to be reformed. Personality education is an effective way of fostering talents with creative spirits. Personality education would achieve success so long as we change our ideas conscientiously, create a favorable atmosphere of learning and open up teaching methods.
