摘要
在高师院校毕业生就业制度改革不断深化的形势下 ,学生容易产生心理误区 ,影响就业工作的顺利进行。本文通过对高师院校学生就业心理误区的剖析 ,提出了帮助学生走出心理误区的基本对策。
The deepening of reform in the employment policy for graduates of teachers’ colleges is likely to cause graduating students to develop deviated employment mentality, which will hinder the process of finding employment. This paper analyses this kind of mentality and then proposes some countermeasures to help them adjust their mentality properly.\;
