高校团工作与大学生素质培养

On the League Work and Students’ Quality Cultivation in Colleges and Universities

本文以全社会深入实施素质教育为背景 ,论述了当今时代对大学生的素质要求 ,分析了着力推进大学生素质培养是高校团组织先进性的重要体现 ,提出了增强服务功能 ,构建素质教育体系 ,在实践中进一步推进组织建设是高校共青团发展的必由之路。

This article, on the condition of deepening the quality education throughout the whole nation, discusses what quality is demanded by today’s world, and argues that the idea of putting our emphasis on implementing college students’ overall qualities reflects its advanced nature of the League system at universities. At the same time, it proposes that to enhance its service capacity, construct a quality education system, and further its build up in practice is the only way for the development of the League at universities.
