道德需要是德育实现变革的主要突破口。把道德需要作为德育的出发点和推动力 ,扬弃了道德的外在性 ,使德育从外在规范灌输走向通过实践激发内在需要与追求 ,推动道德教育向现实世界回归。为方便叙述 ,拙文德育专指道德教育。

A major breakthrough point of moral education lies in the cultivation of inner moral requirement.Only when we base moral education on moral requirement and discard the external imposition of morality can we transform it from the pattern of outward inculcation into that of internal pursuit so as to reintegrate moral education with the reality.\;
