文章全面回顾并论述了中国共产党民族工作80年的辉煌而又曲折的历程，提出了中国共产党民族工作80年是党把马克思主义民族理论同中国民族问题的具体实际密切结合，探索一条具有中国特色的解决国内民族问题道路的80年；是党领导中国各族人民同仇敌忾，团结奋斗，推翻压在中国人民头上的"三座大山"，共同缔造中华人民共和国的80年；是党领导各族人民互相支援，艰苦创业，共同建设繁荣昌盛的社会主义现代化国家的80年等观点。

This paper gives a brief account of the glorious and zigzagged course of the 80 years of CPC's work for nationalities. It is in the 80 years that CPC combined the Marxist theory of nationality with the actual condition of China, e xplored the way with Chinese characteristic to solving the problem of nationalit y, led the people of all the nationalities to help each other, work hard and bui ld the flourishing socialism, shared the bitter hatred of the enemy, cooperated and struggled to overthrow the 'three mountains' on Chinese shoulder and founded the People Republic of China.
