On the Relationship Between Capital Forms and Political Forms in Western Countries

近代以降 ,资本政治取代土地政治的根本原因是资本比土地更有推进社会价值增殖的能力。然而 ,资本与政治的关系并非是一成不变的。资本与政治随着社会的发展而不断地变换着自己的形式 ,并在互动、互适中互择与自己相应的存在形态 :自由资本选择了议会分权民主政治 ,而垄断资本偏爱行政集权民主政治。

After the Western modernization,the main cause why the agrarian politics was replaced by the capital politics was that the capital had more capabilities to carry forward the increment of the social value.Nevertheless,the relationship between the capital and the politics is not unchangeable:the free capital chooses the democratic politics with parliamentary sovereignty and separation of powers,the monopoly capital face the democratic politics with administrative centralization.This article is mainly on the principles,mechanism,causes and effects.
