The questions of agriculture,rural area and peasant are not only very important to China,but also difficult ones disturbing China for a long time.And these questions solving has great realistic meaning and fardeep historic meaning.China's development depends on the extent of these questions' being solution.At the turn of centuries,concerning departments should pay much more attention to these questions because they are especially imminent to China today.Based on the preparation of 20 years' reform and open to world,the conditions are available for these questions' solution.To solven these questions thoroughly needs full cooperation of government,society and peasants themselves.
