摘要
理解共同市场范围内的消费者保护问题是理解欧洲市场一体化的核心问题。分析欧盟消费者保护法立法根据的渐进的宪法性的发展 ,可以看出消费者保护已经发展成为欧盟的一项共同政策。
To understand the problematic of consumer protection in the common market context is to understand the core issue of European market integration. I would demonstrate the elevation of consumer protection to the status of a European Community policy by portraying the gradually constitutional development.
