深圳青年志愿者的个案研究

A case study of some young volunteers in Shenzhen

青年志愿者参与服务的动机有爱心奉献、回报社会、充实精神、施展才华、应尽职责 ;他们在服务过程中自己得到心灵回归、友好情谊、锻炼成才、思想变化等收获。研究发现 :经济发展对青年志愿者的产生有促进作用 ;青年志愿者的人员从精英扩散到大众 ;动机差异对青年志愿者的行为影响不大 ;青年志愿者在服务过程中实现自我教育 ;志愿精神逐渐成为一种现代人文精神。

The motives for young volunteers to participate in a diverse range of services might be classified into contributing love, repaying society, consummating spirit, displaying talent, and performing duty. At the same time, they have also obtained too much from the services, such as soul returning, good friendship, qualified training, and transformation of mind. Some studies have shown that economic development could urge young volunteers to appear wherever needed, and the membership of young volunteers has been extended from elite to many ordinary people. It has also been indicated that the difference in motives does not largely influence young volunteers' behavior. Many young volunteers have come to finish their self education in the process of service. Consequently, the spirit of volunteer has become a modern humanity spirit.
