摘要
德国“双元制”是当前国际上公认的较成熟、较有效的一种职教模式 ,从而引起国际社会经济界和教育界的广泛关注。本文从“双元制”职教模式的特征和形成过程出发 ,分别对中、德在职业教育的认识、观念、方法及现实等方面作出分析和比较 ,认为德国的“双元制”
The “co training” system of Germany, marked internationally by its maturity and efficiency as a mode of vocational education, has attracted considerable attention or the economists and educators across the world. This thesis, beginning with an introduction to the characteristics and formation of the mode of “co training” vocational education, makes a comparative and analytical study of China and Germany in terms of their understanding, concepts, approaches, realities, etc. of vocational education. It concludes that the German mode of “co training” vocational education can provide much enlightenment for China’s vocational education.
