校企联合的高职实践教学模式探讨

Exploring the School-Enterprise Cooperation Model of Practical Teaching of Higher Vocational Education

根据德国双元制的职教发展模式 ,提出适合目前我国高职教育的校企联合的实践教学模式。在分析校企联合的实践教学模式对于学生、学校和企业的重大意义的基础上 ,设计出这一模式的基本结构及其实施过程。

According to the vocational education development pattern in Germany, this article puts forward the new practical teaching model which is suitable for China’s current higher vocational education. On the basis of the analysis of the significance of this model for students, schools, enterprises, etc. the author formulates the basic structure and implementation process of this model and explains some important aspects of the application of this model.
