本文从高校实行学分制的必要性入手 ,对实行学分制的核心内容、关键、重要保证等方面进行了全面阐述 。
Based on the necessities, the paper illustrates the essentials and crucial condition of the credit system in universities. Moreover, it discusses the related issues we should deal with.
