21世纪的中国女性 ,历尽艰难 ,告别了传统 ,走出了困境 ,成了国家的主人 ,与男子享有同等的权利和地位 ,整体素质有了提高。但面对现代化建设和知识经济大潮的冲击 ,她们又面临着新的挑战。怎样才能重新定位 ,重新塑造自我 ,真正实现自身的价值 ,首先是克服依附观念 ,实现思想观念现代化 ,树立自身的主体意识 ,从传统中解放出来 ;其次是加强科学文化知识的学习 ,努力掌握新知识、新技术 ,全面提高文化素质和思想道德修养 ,为现代化建设。

By 21st century the chinese women , after going through all kinds of hardships, have finally said goodbye to the old traditon, come out of their difficult position and become masters of their country, sharing equal rights and station with men. As a result their quality as a whole has also been improved. Facing the construction for modernization and under the impact of the great tide of knowledge economy, they are once more confronted with a new challenge :how to orientate and reinvent themselves, and how to realize their values. First of all, they must rid themselves of the idea of subordination, modernize their ideology, foster subjective consciousness and set themselves free from the old traditon.
