创立“民族图书馆学”献疑

ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT OF "NATIONAL LIBRARY STUDIES

80年代 ,图书馆界为丰富完善图书馆学 ,在图书馆学下又分出了数十个子学科 ,其中有些子学科缺乏科学性。笔者认为 ,“民族图书馆学”因其基本定义把少数民族地区的图书馆当做是少数民族图书馆 ,而且民族地区图书馆在工作规律、业务管理和工作程序、工作方法等方面与一般图书馆没有太大的差异 ,虽具有鲜明的民族特点 。

In the course of the 80s, in oder to enrich and perfect the library studies, a dozen of sub disciplines were listed under the library studies, but most them lack in scientificity. The author of this paper does not think that ' thenational library studies' can be considered a brach of the library studies, because, according to its definition, 'the national library studies' takes libraries in areas inhabited by national minorities as ' national libraries', which is not right, since there is not much differece between these libraries and ordinary libraries in the principles of work, management, work procedure and working methods. Although these libraries bear striking national features, they still can not form a seperate branch of sciience.
