On Two Precipitate Retreats in the Koumintang Frontline Battlefield During the War of Resistance Against Japan

抗日战争时期 ,国民党正面战场曾出现过抗战初期 ( 1 937年 7月 7日—— 1 938年 1 0月 )的大溃退和抗战后期豫湘桂战役的大溃退 ,通过两次大溃退的战场状况、原因以及所造成后果不同的比较 。

During the War of Resistance Against Japan, there were two precipitate retreats in the Kuomintang frontline battlefield. One was in the early period of the war(July 7, 1937-October 1938), the other took place in the Henan-Hunan-Guangxi Battle in the late period. By an analysis of the battlefield conditions of the two precipitate retreats and a comparison of the causes and different consequences they brought about, we claim that the two precipitate retreats can not be mentioned in the same breath.
